1) How do you apply for free tickets for UNDER 18s?

To celebrate the launch of Levels Festival we are offering a limited allocation of free tickets for under 18s. Tickets can be booked through Eventbrite, but be quick tickets are selling fast.

2) What is the deal with tickets for under 18S?

You must be over 14 to attend the festival. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ with a full price festival ticket.

Tickets will be exchanged for an under 18s festival wristband which will be used for venue entry and shown at bars to restrict the purchase of alcohol.

Under 18s will not be able to attend any late night club events after 10pm.

3) can i get a refund on my ticket?

Sorry, Levels Festival operates a no refund policy. 

4) who do i contact if there is a problem with my ticket?

If you bought your ticket online please contact the ticketing website you purchased them from. If you bought your tickets from a Luton venue, please email us: hello@levelsfestival.com


All the venues operate a challenge 25 policy for purchasing alcohol, so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 please bring photographic ID to prove you are over 18. Anyone without photographic ID who appears to be under 25 will be issued with an under 18s festival wristband, which means you can’t buy drinks.
We willingly accept these photo ID: passport, provisional / full drivers licence, Citizen Card, NUS card

6) can i purchase a day ticket?

Sorry there are no Day Tickets that give you access to all venues, but we do have Levels Day Tickets for each venue. Each venue Levels Day Ticket is £10. Venue Levels Day Tickets will be on sale a few weeks before the start of the festival and on the door, subject to availability. So if you only want to see a particular act at a venue, buying a Levels day ticket for that venue is an option. Register for more information and we’ll let you know when the venue Levels Day Tickets go on sale.

You can always buy a Levels Weekend Ticket for £30 and get to see it all!
